We weren’t given the villa we booked, with the two autistic children we took for their first holiday abroad being as far from the swimming pools as we were it was a struggle. The villa we had booked was supposed to be within sight of the pool. There was no welcome pack i.e. water, tea, coffee and had to go shopping as soon as we arrived, to be fare though someone had left two toilet rolls. We will not be using your service again. The kitchen was antiquated and was not clean. The system to return the keys needs rethinking as you need a key fob to enter and exit the property which is difficult if you’re told to leave the keys in the villa when you leave. The worst holiday I’ve ever had in mainland Spain and I’ve had over fourth of them. I will be going back to the islands i.e. menorca ect
