Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10.

We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet. The food was consistently excellent, with a great variety available each day. The head chef was often front of house, engaging with guests, explaining the dishes, and ensuring everyone was enjoying their meals. That personal touch made a real difference and showed how much pride the team takes in what they do. Thank you to everyone at Ibis Calangute for your kindness, hospitality, and support during a challenging period for our family. You made a difficult trip much easier, and we are extremely grateful.

In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️

Everything was good about Ibis. Nice property to stay. Food was really nice. Amazing staff and always ready to help. Specially Bhumila & Pema. The hotel's guest relationship manager Resham tried to ensure that we should have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Food prepared by Chef Vishal was awesome. It was a valentine's week but still hotel staff organized a special surprise birthday party for my daughter and their gesture made her birthday special and memorable which we can never forget. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay if you are a vegetarian and like to have good food. The choice of menu is also different. Not to forget Calungute beach is hardly 800 metres which is easily accessible. Thank you Ibis Styles for making our stay pleasant and memorable

At check in we were met with blank faces and no conversation at all, during our stay we started to think the staff has been told not to engage / make eye contact or speak to guests at all . The room was a little small but was very comfortable and refreshed every day which was good . The breakfast was simple but enough, the egg and omelette counter very chaotic but when you finally got your order they were worth the wait . The giant mound of butter was extremely off putting and very unhygienic . There were guests buttering toast from it while stood there ! A good stay overall but not worth the rate paid

After an extremely disappointing experience at another hotel I booked through Expedia, I was fortunately rebooked to the ibis Styles Goa Calangute – and it was truly a blessing! From the very first moment, I felt safe, welcomed, and well cared for. The staff here is incredibly friendly and genuinely attentive to each guest's needs. My room was spotless and meticulously maintained, providing me with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fitness center, while compact, is well-equipped and ideal for a quick workout. The pool is also very clean and creates a perfect space for relaxation. But what truly stands out is the warm and passionate approach of the entire team. Each member of staff goes above and beyond, working with dedication to create a personal and memorable experience for every guest. I would like to especially commend Priyanka at the reception. Her openness and kindness added so much to my stay. She took the time to share fascinating details about the local area and Indian culture, offering valuable insights that aligned perfectly with my goal of experiencing the culture and people of India. Her hospitality and passion made a lasting impression on me. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality myself, including several years in guest relations and as a Guest Relations Manager with Accor, I have a keen eye for exceptional guest service.
