"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"1. Hotel was budget guest house and not even 2 star property. 2. Rooms are dirty and there was frog in the room. 3. We were given blanket with hole and when i complained at reception they blame it on us saying we have done that. "Savio was extremely helpful throughout. The rooms are basic but adequate. It is literally 20 paces from Calangute beach with great shacks. A stones throw from the busy centre of calangute. We did have electrical cuts everyday but there was work being done nearby and lamps were provided. Very clean and well maintained. If you go get some good directions from Savio as our taxi driver struggled to find it despite sat nav. Very easy to find once you are there."

There is definitely enough space, both in and around the Room also a lot of open area to walk around. The surrounding nature is a real gem! The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! Dinner at Tanya's restaurant was very impressive with the quality of Food and the service. The Private access to beach which saves a lot of time , Convenient parking, Gaming for kids is great as well. Also its just 3 mins walk to the supermarket. Amazing value for money! I highly recommend this amazing property for family and office groups for a short trip. "
