La chambre est bien rénovée et la literie confortable seul bémol c est d’être dans la chambre numéro 6 au rdch côté cuisine avec une porte du couloir non insonorisée et ouverte donc des Bruits de Cuisine Jusqu a 1 h dommage alors que j’avais réservé côté place du village ( et non cour) cette chambre ne devrait pas être louée "

"We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. "Absolutamente VERGONZOSO. A recalcar, nada más llegar a la recepción la mujer que nos estaba atendiendo comenzó a burlarse de los tres que veníamos juntos por hablar en inglés. Éramos de tres nacionalidades diferentes y obviamente nos comunicamos en inglés y con ella también, por qué ninguno sabemos francés. Cuando nos dirigimos a ella, comenzó a imitarnos y reírse con su compañera! UNA ABSOLUTA VERGÜENZA. He visto comportamientos similares en Francia con los extranjeros, pero esto supera todo...
