Great Holiday

The property met our needs and we had a restful, relaxing holiday. It's useful to bring your own pool towels. Margherita was a great host and effectively communicated with us. She met us at the property when we arrived, gave us tips about where to eat & places to visit.

Exceptionally clean Villa with lovely pool and garden

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Margerita’s villa. She was extremely attentive in terms of check in and had the property ready for us very early which was kind. She also responded speedily to a couple of questions we had. The pool is heaven and very large for the property size and the kitchen and living areas were perfectly functional. The terrace is a happy place to sit under shade and there are some stunning beaches within a short drive, both sandy and Star Wars like, the latter of which we loved. The Villa was spotless and there was a cold beer was in the fridge to welcome us. Our teen enjoyed the top floor room where the bathroom was entirely appropriate for her needs. Thank you for a wonderful, homely stay.

Great holiday in quiet surroundings

We rented this place for a week to have a relaxing holiday and it met our needs in every way. The house is great with sleeping up to 6 people. Our boys of 12 and 14 especially enjoyed the bedroom with bathroom on the 2nd floor and private entrance. The outdoor area and the pool are very good. For Scandinavian standards, the house is relatively easy equipped, but meets the needs of a holiday. The surroundings are beautiful with a short distance to amazing beaches and swimming areas on the cliffs. Calasetta is a quiet town in June, but can offer good restaurant experiences. Maria took us in a great way late at night and we thank her for letting us rent this house

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Häuschen

Die zwei Wochen in Calasetta waren sehr erholsam. In Maria's Häuschen ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt einen schönen Garten und eine schattige Terrasse. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Und der große Pool ist zum Erfrischen natürlich top. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste. Man wird persönlich empfangen und es wird alles erklärt und man bekommt auch gleich Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten .

Idéale pour découper la Sardaigne du dud

Une belle propriété à 5 mn en voiture de Calasetta. Le parc est très bien entretenu et la piscine est superbe. La terrasse est magnifique. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle mais il manque un lave vaisselle et un lave linge. Ce serait un plus. A l'étage, la chambre indépendante est doté d'une salle de bain qui dispose d'une douche minuscule. C'est dommage. Malgré un prix de location de 2 400 €, il faut rajouter la consommation d'électricité... Malgré ces remarques, une bonne semaine de vacances dans une belle région.

Traumhafte 2 Wochen in Calasetta

Wir hatten wunderbare und zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in Calasetta. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, das haben wir sehr genossen. Das komplette Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war 1A, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Man benötigt zwar ein Auto aber das hatten wir sowieso. Supermärkte, Strände und Restaurants sind in der direkten Umgebung. Nach Cagliari sind es 1h20min mit dem Auto. Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man einfach mal runterkommen möchte!

Perfect retreat to relax

We loved to relax at and in the big pool, which is located within a fine garden with many flowers and bushes with blossoms. The kitchen equipment is sparse and more than 2 sun loungers would benefit the house definitely. Communication and help from the owner are perfect. Thank you again.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und gepflegtem Pool, um außerhalb zu entspannen

Wer die Ruhe außerhalb inmitten der Natur genießen möchte - ca. 5 Minuten benötigt man mit dem Auto nach Calasetta - ist hier genau richtig. Boule-Bahn und wunderschöner Pool bieten Abwechslung, die überdachte Außenterrasse Schutz vor Sonne oder Regen. Eine Treppe führt nach oben in ein separates Zimmer mit 2 Betten und Bad /Dusche, was je nach Nutzung / Personen sehr praktisch ist. Im unteren Bereich ist Platz für 4 Personen. Da wir mit größerer Verspätung ankamen, haben wir uns sehr über die unproblematische Übergabe mit Maria zu später Stunde gefreut. Danke noch einmal. Sehr gute Kommunikation, gerne wieder.

Vacanza relax alla scoperta di una Sardegna unica

Siamo appena tornati dalla bella isola di sant’Antioco, angolo incontaminato nel mare di Sardegna: meravigliosa. Bella anche la villetta di Margherita, ospite gentilissima e disponibile, che ci ha fornito consigli turistici e curiosità sulle erbe medicinali. La casa ben accessoriata con aria condizionata e il giardino curato con la piscina hanno contribuito a rendere questa vacanza indimenticabile. Una piacevole sorpresa é stato trovare un campo per le bocce, divertente e fuori dal comune. Il giardino recintato regala privacy e tranquillità anche per il nostro cane libero di gironzolare. La grande ombreggiata veranda é l’ideale per mangiare al fresco godendosi la vista con perfino un angolo di mare . Penso che ci torneremo!

Splendide Maison, mais malheureusement mal équipée

La maison est splendide, le jardin est d'une beauté et d'une tranquillité impressionnante. La piscine nous a conquis par sa taille, sa propreté et sa chaleur. Cependant, la maison ne dispose pas de wifi, de machine à laver, de toaster ou encore de lave vaisselle; la salle de bain de l'appartement à l'étage est peu fonctionnelle, et il faudra prévoir de quoi éponger si vous désirez prendre votre douche là.En conclusion, la maison en elle-même est très bien et très propre, le jardin est très tranquille ( route passante à côté mais on s'y habitue), mais l'équipement faire clairement défaut.

La casa è in una zona tranquilla, è ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza all'insegna del relax... è completamente indipendente e recintata, per chi come noi ama la privacy! All'esterno c'è un giardino meraviglioso, pieno di piante e fiori e una piscina molto grande circondata da un pratino all'inglese. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile e al tempo stesso riservata. Consigliamo di provare questo alloggio, noi abbiamo passato due settimane molto piacevoli.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Söhnen im Alter von 8 und 10 Jahren, haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Alles ist wirklich so schön, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die große schattige Terrasse, der herrlich bepflanzte Garten mit viel Platz zum Liegen und Spielen. Und der große Pool mit Sprungbrett und Tauchtiefe war für unsere Kinder und auch für uns ein echtes Highlight. Unzählige Stunden haben wir darin verbracht. Die Ursprünglichkeit der kleinen Insel, die Nähe zum Hafen, wo man ein Boot mieten kann, und die tägliche Möglichkeit, frisches Obst, Gemüse und Fisch zu kaufen, runden die typische Atmosphäre ab, in der man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Une très bonne adresse

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines au mois de juin 2014 à Calasetta. Ce fût un merveilleux séjour, la maison est très accueillante et fonctionnelle, Le jardin est magnifique très fleuri, arborisé avec une grande terrasse couverte oü nous avons mangé tous les jours. La piscine est grande bien entretenue et régulièrement contrôlée. Marguerita la propriétaire est accueillante, discrète et toujours disponible pour tout renseignement ou problème, Ce füt un merveilleux séjour. Nous y retournerons. A recommander, Mireille et Pierre.
