Limpo e organizado, linda decoração, piscinas ótimas. Excelente lugar para descanso. Único ponto negativo vem de alguns hóspedes que não usam máscara nos elevadores, desrespeitando as regras do condomínio.

Sem palavras p/ descrever... apartamento simplesmente perfeito, lindooooo , tudo limpinho , cheiroso. O proprietário Leonardo foi muito atencioso, educado , rápido p/ responder, enfim em todos os sentidos este foi a nossa melhor Locacao de todos os tempos . Parabéns Leonardo vcs merecem mais que nota 10, e sim nota 1000.

Apartamento lindo , perfeito , sem igual ! Cada detalhe da decoração, a cozinha , tudo incrivelmente sensacional, fui muito bem atendida pelos proprietários, sempre com respostas atenciosas . Eu simplesmente amei tudo . O único ponto ruim é o atendimento na lanchonete , que são funcionários grossos e ignorantes, mas o resto foi tudo perfeito .

De modo geral, o apto é excelente e pretendo voltar mais vezes. Bem diferenciado de outros aptos no mesmo local. Porém, tive imprevisto com o wi-fi do apto que estava indisponível e não consegui descobrir o problema junto ao proprietário e o pessoal do condomínio. Como tenho duas crianças pequenas ter sinal de wi-fi é indispensável porque as crianças ficam desinquietas no apto. E a tv smart muito boa, mas não podemos aproveitar. Ademais, poderia ter um canal de desenhos na tv. Vimos diversos canais fechados como TNT, AXN, mas não vi canal infantil como Discovery kids, por exemplo. No mais o proprietário foi muito educado e solícito em todas as oportunidades que conversamos. E reforço que me hospedaria novamente sim, com a ressalva do sinal de wi-fi estar disponível.

Apartamento reformado, com bela decoração e bem equipado. Tudo novo (mobília, equipamentos e utensílios). Para ficar 100% só precisa limpar o aparelho de ar condicionado da suíte e lavar os protetores de travesseiro e de colchão.

Um das melhores e mais confortável viagem que fizemos à Caldas Novas. Apartamento acima da média, muito acima mesmo, estrutura excepcional, de muito bom gosto e super confortável. Parque aquático excelente, embora nossa viagem tenha sido em período de férias escolares e o parque aquático com muitas pessoas o dia todo, as piscinas estavam sempre limpíssimas, sendo um grande diferencial se comparado a outras estadias em Caldas Novas. Dois únicos pontos que faço uma crítica construtiva são: Primeiro por ser um período de férias escolares e o público mais voltado a famílias com filhos, faltou um momento de recreação para as crianças na área de piscinas; outra observação é o processo de marcação de mesmas que ocorre no parque aquático, muitos hóspedes deixavam mesas marcadas em locais de maior conforto na área das piscinas, e no outro dia se quer apareciam no clube na parte da manhã, fato que foi reclamado junto aos funcionários do hotel, contudo sem solução, relatando me que a marcação de mesas era um procedimento normal. No mais Leonardo e Luana, obrigado por nós acolher tão bem nossa família em seu apartamento, nós sentimos no conforto do nosso lar. Super indico a locação do apartamento de vocês. Melhor escolha. Já conhecíamos outros apartamentos em Caldas Novas, mas esse realmente nos surpreendeu. Somos um casal com dois filhos e o imóvel nos atendeu plenamente. Apartamento recém reformado, com decoração caprichada e diversos utensílios domésticos. As fotos representam exatamente o que encontramos lá. Área de lazer bem organizada com piscinas quentes e limpas e restaurante muito bom. Proprietários super atenciosos. Realmente, superou nossas expectativas. Voltaremos, com certeza.

Eu e minha família ficamos absolutamente encantados com o apartamento. É lindíssimo!!! Jamais imaginei encontrar algo assim..., assim..., tão perfeito. Decoração perfeita. Eletrodomésticos de primeiríssima qualidade. Utensílios domésticos escolhidos a dedo. Colchões super confortáveis e de excelente qualidade. Cadeiras e sofá, além de lindos, também super confortáveis. A churrasqueira?!?!? Um luxo! Top, top! Percebe-se em cada detalhe a preocupação dos proprietários com o conforto e bem estar dos seus hóspedes, o que denota muito respeito e carinho da parte deles. Sem contar a educação e gentileza dos proprietários no trato com a gente. Super recomendo. Mas aconselho reservar pelo menos uma semana para usufruir de tanto luxo e conforto rs Vou ser cliente assídua. O Parque Aquático também é maravilhoso. E os funcionários do condomínio super atenciosos e educados
