「Terrible coordination with building managers for ongoing access to both unit and garage. Security system failed regularly causing loss of time and personal risk due to waiting for access by others late at night on the street and in the lobby. Sofa collapsed first day we arrived, could not use until host could coordinate a time to replace it. Will not book or recommend again 」
