「This was our first time at this hotel and it was really good. The room as spacious, clean and well lit. There is ample parking which is really convenient given its busy central location. I was impressed overall with the ambience of the lobby, the floors, the rooms and the hotel itself. One gripe I had was the restaurant and lounge had very limited hours so we had to eat out. 「Shuttle was 24/7, but booked up early, we had to wait an hour to get to the airport. Staff were extremely helpful to find packaging for us to transport some artwork home undamaged. Keep up the great work!」

「A few stains on the carpet in our room. Both outlets by the bed didn't work. Called the staff but they couldn't give us another room with a jetted tub. The guy driving the bus was honking at my wife who was in the car when i was checking in. I guess he thought the other guest coming in by the bus had more priority idk」
