「Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). 「The house was large, clean and well equipped, just as in the photos. It was handy to have a washer and dryer available, and an outdoor shower. The landlords were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. No hesitation in recommending to others.」

「At first when we pulled up and seen this tiny little cabin I was disappointed thinking it would feel cramped and be disorganized. Once we opened the door I was super excited to see that it is just like the pictures, bright, roomy and has the best beach access. Literally 60 seconds to the beach. There were plenty of fans and air conditioners to keep us comfortable in each room and we had everything we needed for cooking. Definitely would recommend. 」

The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. 「My family and I had a great stay here. A perfect two bedroom suite. Communication with the owners was always quick and clear. There was an unexpected issue with the internet from a Telus issue and they were very accommodating to make it better for us. The suite is very clean, high end washing machine and dryer, small but full kitchen, fans for each room, comfy beds and really clean linens. 」
