「the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.」

「Front desk was amazing! I didn’t think I was even able to check in as I was early. The staff was amazing! (Didn’t get her name) very warm and welcoming. She was also multitasking trying to find a cab for 2 pilots. She was so great!! Checked in Nov 29 at 130!! 」
