「Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy.」

「The property was easy to find and a very convenient spot near downtown as we were going to a concert at Commonwealth stadium. It was clean and tidy and a good temperature with lots of fans provided. Luckily there were good instructions for check in on the Expedia page bc it said we would receive an email from the host the day before check in but we never did so I had to dig into my reservation to find these. We were only they for one night but I would definitely stay again as it had everything...

「Very clean and cosy for an extended stay. The property was reasonably located near public transit for those with no vehicle as I came for a couple of events during my week stay. 「Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.」

「Easy check-in. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen isnt a full kitchen, just the essentials. Bathroom is decent, the shower is small for tall/big people. A lot of unfinished things in the basement (missing vent covers, missing trim pieces on floor and door, missing baseboards and such) Cleanliness is fine, nothing was dirty anywhere, just a lot of hard water stains in the bathroom. Overall a 7.5/10」
