- Please note that another short-term rental unit is located below. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise during the day. Additionally, we request that both units' guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Shared Heating and Air Conditioner:
- This unit shares a furnace and air conditioner with the basement unit. Therefore, the thermostat is locked within a specific temperature range of 21-23 degrees Celsius (70-72 degrees Fahrenheit).

Pets:
If you are staying with a dog or dogs that bark often, please refrain from leaving them alone in the unit.

Parking:
- Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap
