Check in was great. The rooms are pretty dated, and you have to use floor thermostat, not the one on the wall. I am a bonvoy member and travel quite frequently for work, but this is my first time at the four points. I usually stay at one of the other hotels in the same parking lot. I forgot to pack toothpaste in my carry on, and requested a dental kit on the app to my room. After an hour I started a chat with the hotel advising I didn’t need the entire kit, just toothpaste and I can come to the lobby if need be. They said, no, they were just busy with other customers and have it up asap. 45 minutes passed and I got a chat asking if I’ve received it. I said no, not yet, and they marked the service as completed. As it was already 10 pm, I took the loss, and went to bed. Never delivered. I have never had an issue using the chat before for services at other bonvoy hotels. Upon check out I mentioned this, and they offered me the toothpaste on the spot which is redundant as I’m checking out. Will likely not stay here again.
