- Pets are prohibited in the building. If you arrive with pets concierge will not allow you to enter. No refund will be provided in this case.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please be informed about the following unit policies:
✔ The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
✔ All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✔ Check-in is after 3PM until 8PM, check-out is before 11AM. Please make special arrangements 24 hours prior to your check-in date to check in after 8:00 pm.
✔ Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✔ The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✔ According to the Condominium rules we have to provide photo of your driver’s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information.
* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking,
GLOBALSTAY has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- 150$ service call

Cancellation AFTER check-in date:
Guest could cancel it anytime, but they’ll be charged for each night they spend in our apartment and 1 night as a fine plus 50% for all unspent nights.
Cancellation of long-term reservations more than 28days:
- Cancellation BEFORE check-in date:
Guest can cancel 2 weeks prior check-in date free of charge.
- Cancellation AFTER check-in date:
If the reservation is for 28 nights, there is no refund nevertheless when guest decide to cancel – 2 days or 20 days after check-in.
If the reservation is more than 28 nights and guest already stayed 28 nights and only then decide to cancel
- Guest inform us 5 days prior check-out date – full refund of all remaining nights
- Guest inform us less than 5 days – 1 night fine will be charged.
