This is a Newly built Legal Secondary Suite in a Front garage house with beautiful ambience and essential facilities in a peaceful location. This Secondary Suite is located in the Easthills area, off 17th Avenue SE in the central area of Calgary city.
Location is just walking distance to shopping malls like Costco, Walmart, Dollarama, Home Sense, restaurants, Clinics, Cinemas, playground and soccer fields.There is nearby Lake also just 5minutes from the address.
City bustop for bus is just 6 minutes from the house. Nice ambience and peaceful area.
This place is like 18 minutes to Downtown, Stampede area and 15minutes to the Airport.
There is an incredible kitchen, you can easily get all essential items for you to cook your meal from shop nearby. You can get good meals online also.
