Stayed at this hotel a few times. Not a lot of shopping or quality eating in close proximity. But it's a short drive to some good options. Rooms are affordable and staff friendly. Hot tub was down for a day while we were there. We'll return in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights. Starting with the positives: The hotel itself looks clean and renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the shower was hot. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Negatives: Cleanliness on the other hand was an issue in our room. There was mold/mildew in shower and toilet. The wallpaper walls had some brown liquid stains running down them. Huge dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, that we pulled off. The room had a very pungent smell. I think this issue can be improved by the house keeping taking a little extra time make sure these things aren't overseen. The worst of it was how uncomfortable the beds were. When checking out we asked the front staff if they get a lot of complaints on their beds. He said yes, but new beds they are getting will have firm or plush options. That would be appreciated. Overall, our stay was okay but we probably wont be interested in staying again until further improvements are made. Thank you.

We stayed at the Glenmore Inn and Convention Center for a weekend family trip and overall had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—great for unwinding after a day out. The hot tub was a nice bonus, though the water could’ve been a bit hotter—it felt more like a warm bath. Still, it was relaxing and a good way to end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. We didn’t eat at the buffet, but the on-site restaurant was convenient and had some good options. The location made it easy to get around Calgary without dealing with downtown traffic. All in all, a solid spot for a relaxing weekend. Would definitely consider staying again!

Overall the room was ok. It was clean. One bed was very comfortable and the other bed felt like it was old and cheap. It was like a rock and squeaked every time you moved. We had two hotel rooms and both rooms had the same issues with the beds. Like they couldn’t afford to replace both beds in the room. In our room when you had a shower the shower made the worst high pitched sound I have ever heard so you hurried as you couldn’t stand listening to it. My children did enjoy the pool and waterslide but the hot tub could use some work as it was missing multiple tiles but the swim room was clean and they had Lots of towels out.

Was neat and well kept. Door other than main should also be automatic for people to take luggage easily. Heard other elderly guest saying “they still don’t have automatic doors. Could have provided breakfast but would stay again as we were happy with the stay.

The Glenmore Inn was very conveniently located. The price was reasonable for Calgary. The staff were excellent. We had booked 2 rooms in separate towers, and they noticed this and moved us to the same towere to adjoinging rooms, which was very much appreciated. Wonderful service. The beds were comfortable but all our pillows were very flat like pancakes. Other than the pillows everything about the Glenmore was exceptional.

Hotel is great with a nice restaurant, excellent breakfast at reasonable cost. We had to checkout early and the staff was excellent and reduced our stay for no penalty. Bed was very comfortable and rooms are nice. Only downside is bathrooms could be updated but no big deal.
