A boutique hotel in Currie barracks I didn’t know existed. Was very handy to stay there after a late concert at the Grey Eagle. Rooms to be expected, big enough for the bed and your stuff and a small toilet & step in shower.

A really interesting and unique history. The dning area and breakfast setup were well done. Our room (211) has an extremely small footprint. The toilet is claustrophobic. Only 12 rooms so be carefull what you book.

Not a big room by any means, but it was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. We would have liked an ice machine available, but made do without. Loved that the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom is a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, as we were in the mood for something less frilly. Really enjoyed walking the halls, checking out the photos of Calgary's past. All in all, a lovely spot.

There is no mini fridge or microwave in the standard room. No kitchen amenities what so ever and didn't realize this at the time of booking. The bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom which is fine, but that was the only water source we had. It would be fine if we weren't eating in our hotel most of our trip. The bathroom and shower door have a a fogged like glass so you can see through them a bit. Just something to keep in mind. The bathroom was tiny and hard to maneuver in. The room overall was tiny. The lounge was closed at the time of our stay which we didn't get told upon arriving and had to find out when wanting to go there. The hotel itself was very pretty, but they seemed to be more focused on the restaurant side of things and not the hotel part. For this, I will be choosing a different place to stay next time.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Extremely tiny though. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no parking lot which was inconvenient to say the least.

The historic building was cute and in good condition. The room was clean and the comfortable. However the room was very small with insufficient room to even walk around the bed and toilet room was very cramped. Hallways and doors not large enough to walk in while carrying luggage.

The room was lovely! The floor wasn't vacuumed and did not get vacuumed when I put the "please clean" sign on the door. Otherwise no concerns with the room. The breakfast did not start until 8, which was too late for when I needed to be gone. It would be nice if there were some other options, if people need to grab something and go earlier than 8:00.

Staff was friendly. Room was very cozy with exception of bed. The left side of bed was too soft. We were only staying the night so didn't bother to report it to front desk. We were in 211. Otherwise everything else was great, food in restaurant was great, service excellent! Would love to see the garden in the summer.

If you like a toilet in the middle of your room with no fan or proper door, a 12" TV, no streaming, no fridge, no microwave, no usb or convenient plugs, a lounge with no people and no bartender, a bed that you slide out of and confusing check in and check out....then this is the place for you. Oh! I forgot nearlyno parking

The inn was great and had amazing staff. They truly made the difference for the shocking the size of the room itself. We booked a premium room and it was a bachelor sized one room with toilet , shower and sink all in the same room beside the bed :) being an old officers barracks makes it understandable why it is like that, but just be prepared and be comfortable if you are staying with someone else ! The bathroom and shower walls are not only 3/4 length, but also frosted glass.
