Apartment 'Referta Apartamento T2' with Sea View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Prazeres, the holiday apartment "Referta Apartamento T2" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. This 88 m² property, situated on the ground floor of a house (the upper floor is rented as a separate apartment), consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden where you can chill out and enjoy relaxing sea views, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and another parking space is available in a garage.

Pets are not allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

Beach towels are provided for free during the summer months.
