「I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. 」

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel is completely run down and the room was awful. Not very clean and Items like drawers need to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Only reason I didn’t cancel after getting here is that I already prepaid:( Also after leaving and coming back there was barely any parking spaces due to pub parking is the same parking lot As the hotel.」
