Doesn't accept Internet payments. That's why it took 1 hour to get room. Lot water in refrigerator. Dirty countertop . No peace of soup. Shampoo. Toilet was clean. Ledy on front desk wsd tires, but was pleasant and did everything to solve problems. There were barking dogs in cages nexi door room.

The website is misleading to say the least. Room offerings included 2 queen, 2 full, 1 king, 1 queen. We booked a 2 queen room only to be told that no 2-bed rooms exist on property. Since it was only my husband and I travelling, we were able to be flexible (what if we were a family of 4?!). We requested a queen room, but the only rooms left were rooms with one full bed or one with a king bed. We are not small people, so we took the one with the king (after being informed that the TV did not work in that room). The lady checking us in was nice and tried to be accommodating, letting us know that this is an ongoing problem with the website offering rooms that they don't even have. The website also indicated that a continental breakfast was included, which was not the case. Upon checking into the room, we were dismayed to find that it was filthy! There was a remnant of somebody's pizza on the bed, dirt and dust all over the floor, bathroom not sanitized or even fully cleaned, and some roaches. We were exhausted from travelling and had pre-paid for the room which at this point was ineligible to be refunded, so we slept on top of the covers of the bed, fully clothed, just to get a little sleep. Do not stay here if you can find ANY other option.

There is no proper heater (so it was very cold), TV was not working, no trash cans. Your website said there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. Also there is no coffee in the room which is very basic thing in the morning. My worst experience so far in any hotel.

We got there and the sign on the door said no vacancy. It took 30 minutes to get help only to be told our reservation didn't matter because they had no rooms. Plus, the place looked nasty and unsafe.
