Staff is very attentive and breakfast is excellent. They need to work on room preparations ( making sure each room has bathroom supplies, phone is in working order). The place is clean, beds are fantastic, staff members speak English and they are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast & Room. We got the 2 level loft room which included a jacuzzi in an outdoor patio. The only complaint I have is the massage I got from the spa. I would NOT recommend. It was like they were just lotioning me, and my wife’s bodies. I asked them to use more force, and they just didn’t know how to. Then they put an auto tip on my card without my authorization.

Beautiful beautiful hotel. I reserved the comfort suite and it felt dreamy. Lots of plants around, cool architectural choices that make maintenance issues a little less noticeable (ie concrete structure). Staff was responsive and friendly, breakfast included lots of nice options though wasn’t quite as tasty as it all looked. But that’s truly such a small thing; it was a wonderful stay and I would stay here again in a second.
