The room was clean. But the restroom door did not lock..we informed front desk lady told us they will chek it but NEVER DID. 15 Oct 2026 3pm we checked in The young lady was NOT helpfull..she didnt explain anything about the property to us. We had to ask her colleague for breakfast time enzo. We had 2 bookings booked in advanced. (different dates). We came back 21 Oct 8am we asked if we can pay for a early check in we got the same young lady. She told us no because it had the be cleaned and would not be available. But the day before we asked a collegue of her and she said we could because the hotel was empty. At 2:30 pm we got to check in.. They started to paint the walls..all the smell of paint was in the room. The worker had a radio with high volume music. The breakfast was not it. The location 10/10 The staff 6/10 (the brown lady was the only helpfull one) Food 1/10 Clean 8/10

Tienen que ser mas claros con el tema de parqueaderos solo hay tres parqueaderos disponibles, casi me toca dejar mi carro en otro lado . Una de las recepcionistas con muy poca actitud en atención al público
