Had a great stay from beginning to end. Great staff and customer care, the room was excellent, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance as you are inside the mall, therefore it is very safe as well. I will stay here every time I go to Cali from now on.

For a 5 star hotel the cleanliness at the lobby was very poor, glass marked and dust throughout, the plants behind the front desks was very dust, glasses and doors around front lobby were very poorly cleaned. Floor tile by entrance needs attention, again for a 5 star hotel it's a big deal. The rooms are good.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and it is highly recommended. I’m not giving it five stars because the breakfast is not very varied, and if you order eggs cooked to your liking, it takes a long time. I waited 30 minutes for an omelet. On the last day, I observed the chef and noticed that he seemed a bit annoyed every time someone approached to ask if their order was ready. He should have an assistant so that it doesn’t take so long.
