“We got a room with a hot tub and we got to enjoy that. The room is clean and big. The breakfast had so many good options, both local breakfast and American breakfast. The hotel was close to a few local restaurants, so we were able to walk and go enjoy some of the local food. Parking was available on site, which was convenient. The front desk was very helpful and able to assist us using Google Translate. The room had an iron which was important to us. They don't have face / wash cloths, so they……

“The hotel had just suffered an earthquake the hotel was damaged significantly, not their fault but I contacted Expedia prior to my arrival asking if everything was going to be ok as I was unable to get any information from the hotel itself despite several calls and my booking was non refundable. Expedia reached out to me to tell me that the hotel was functioning normally with no reported damages. Upon arrival we were given a room on the 3rd floor and it was the the only room on that floor that……

“Terrible costumer service , the “Suite “ I booked wasn’t available when I arrived so I was given a smaller suite, which was terribly hot in the area that was didn’t have AC, I wasn’t offered anything afterwards but instead. They wanted to charge me for the other person that came with me. Simply because I forgot to add a second Person when I booked the room 😑, the nerve to do that, also the security guard wasn’t always ready to open the main gate, in multiple occasions I had to sit outside……

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“Comfortable clean and modern boutique style hotel in the heart of Peñón. Our double room was very large with sofa area, and large bathroom with shower. Breakfast is complimentary at the restaurant downstairs. There is also a great coffee shop downstairs. Very helpful staff and hotel is pet friendly- our pup Martina had a great time as did we. All the restaurants bars and shops of El Peñón right outside.”
