「When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!).
There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice.
I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.」

「Great location to Easton and Lehigh Valley. Close walk to St Lukes Hospital (hope you dont need that) whether you want to go out and eat or dash dash, you have plenty of options. Owner was helpful, and check in was a breeze. Parking in the back of the property. Beds are comfy and the shower was hot!」

「First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house.
The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...
