The hotel is located in the middle of the action, where you really don't have very far to walk for good food or music. It was a quaint hotel; the bathroom is shared just like the old days. If our room had a private bathroom, I would have given it an Excellent Rating overall.

My fiancé and I stayed in the separate cottage, which we very much enjoyed! The cottage is comfortable and has a handicap accessible bathroom. There was street parking nearby which was convenient. Front desk staff was professional and helpful! Location is great right in downtown Calistoga, and we loved the pizza at the Calistoga Inn Restaurant!

The shared bathrooms were easy to use in the rooms above the inn. I stayed on a weeknight and the kitchen/bar noise down stairs was completely reasonable. Craig, the employee that checked me in was super nice and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay again!

Great location which allowed us to walk from drinking cocktails, listening to live music and peacefully strolling past 10pm. Another perk is its vicinity to numerous cafes and boulangères for brunch!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we really enjoy it. The rooms are small, but clean. We did not have any problems with sharing the restrooms and showers. The attached restaurant has really good food and drinks that seem reasonably priced for the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plan on entertaining yourself! No television in the rooms. Bring a book and turn off the technology for a while. They do have wifi for those who can't unplug.

The Inn was presented as advertised. It’s an older well kept property with a shared bathroom. The noise from the band on the pavilion was understandable so having the ear plugs provided at the side tables made an early turn in possible. Staff was friendly and the room was minimal but good. AC unit located in the ceiling was very quiet and comfortable. Will come back again at this price point.

I love this little Roadhouse inn. We ended up having dinner and breakfast there since the food is so good. it's nice to end your evening with a lovely cocktail by the firepits and then just walk right up to your room.

Clean & affordable place to stay while visiting family in the area without having to pay through the nose for the pricey tourist trap hotels. The restaurant is open until 10 or 11pm, so you'll hear it until it closes. The rooms do NOT have blackout curtains, so you'll get ambient light coming through the blinds. Beds are comfy, although a little too soft for my taste. Good for regular folks tired of competing with uber-rich tourists for hotel space.

I was reluctant at first because of the shared bathroom situation but with a sink and mirror in the room, it was a breeze. I don’t think that I ran into another person anytime in the shower/restroom . Painless! Great restaurant and the bottom floor. Clean and affordable for Napa Valley. I will book these hotel again!

We stayed in the cottage which was quiet as it was separated from the main hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was right in the center of Calistoga which made getting to different places easy.

Decent for what it is: 16 bedrooms that share 2 public showers and 2 toilets on the top floor of a busy restaurant. Clean, comfortable and spartan. Centally located and walkable. Personally I would spend an extra $75/night down the road and get a private shower and toilet in the future.
