“Start with the good; Clean. Great armoire for clothes. A/C was very important in July and it worked very well. Location is truly excellent, right where you want to be. Nice quiet street with friendly people walking around. Bed and beddings very comfortable and cool and I slept very well. Not good: Very heavy door leading into the building. Be aware if you are older or do not have muscle tone. Stairs only leading up to first floor apartment. No bidet in bathroom. Iron bars on the apartment……

“WOW! This apartment is fantastic. Arguably the best view in Cannes, out to the fountain and the square with the old town and the castle as the backdrop. Nice, clean, modern interiors and friendly management. Primary bedroom was especially nice with big bathroom and walk in wardrobe. And the location! Straight out onto the Rue D’Antibes for shopping heaven, a fun atmosphere, sooo many restaurants and my favorite ( tres chic ) beach La Majestic, so close!”
