The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (solely for decoration purposes) and a TV with a flat screen. From here, you can step out onto the terrace. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with a shower and toilet. This room also provides access to the terrace. Another bedroom houses a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, with an exit leading to both the garden and terrace. The third bedroom comes with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long, and an exit to the terrace.

The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table.
