"Room was clean we had the two bedroom suit no complaints. Me and my kids had a great time. I also like the new set up you can order Food off your phone."

Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center

"Our stay at Villa Roma was extremely disappointing. The day before arrival, I called to ask about early check-in and explained that we were attending a concert. I was told our room should be ready early and that late check-in wouldn't be an issue because the front desk is staffed 24/7. I called again on the way to confirm and received the same information. When we arrived about an hour before check-in, the front desk employee was rude and informed us the room was not ready. Despite explaining the previous conversations, he was completely dismissive. We waited in the lobby and were told the room would be ready AFTER 4:00p, even though check-in is 4:00p. The room itself was in poor condition. The doors would not fully close unless all locks were engaged, the room was extremely outdated, there was a strong musty odor, and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was next to the elevator, which could be heard all night. We also heard guests in the hallway, people in the room above us, and staff members having loud conversations outside guest rooms overnight. We even overheard a staff member responding to a noise complaint by saying, “Sorry, we have a place full of kids, nothing we can do” (that was at 3a). Poor customer service, maintenance issues, and constant noise made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend Villa Roma."

"Expected much higher end for the price. Rooms were average at best in the Alder. Complimentary coffee was available until the coffee machine in the lobby broke. No attempt made as a back up. Most of bars served wine in plastic cups!! That I found ridiculous. Needed to write down directions at one point but there was no pen or paper in the room…had to borrow one from the front desk. The food in the restaurants was ok. Definitely 1 high end restaurant. The rest…not so good."

"The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though."
