「There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. 「Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. 」
