Your holiday villa near Calonge

You can park your car safely on private property, The garage can also be used if you have a smaller car . Yucatan is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 6000 meters. Yucatan is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of Yucatan is more or less old fashioned and functional. The inside is light with a classic atmosphere. Yucatan disposes of a a nice view the surrounding forests. Yucatan has a built surface of 130 square meters. You have to your disposal terraces. You find the swimming pool at the frontside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Yucatan has disposal of a permanent stone bbq . This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the privacy.
The surroundings of your villa

Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Drawn by these riches, many famous artist have found serenity and peace at this Spanish part of coast.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.

Villa agréable à vivre

Villa avec équipement complet +++ pour cuisiner et y passer de bonnes vacances. Le calme règne aux alentours. La gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a accepté pour 2 nuits supplémentaires. Seul bémol pour arriver à la villa la route est défoncée sur environ 70m
