Wonderful villa located in an idyllic setting in the center of the Costa Brava.:
Cozy house located next to the Gavarres mountains, a protected natural space with a beauty that invites you to enjoy its purity. Close your eyes and imagine: the breeze of the wind, the air, the calm, the sounds of nature, the views of the valley. Let yourself be carried away... relax...Enjoy this charming atmosphere without giving up other singularities such as the beaches, walks, evening drinks, a good restaurant, all the commercial offer and services close by to enjoy them whenever you feel like it.

This beautiful modern-style house, with private pool and garden, is located in a prestigious urbanization in the municipality of Calonge, in the center of the Costa Brava, a flat, accessible and quiet area. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and bedroom of the grown floor. With a capacity of 6 people, it has 3 double rooms with private bathroom and dressing room. It is an open concept house. It also has a high chair and a travel cot for children. With pool and garden maintenance service.

It is distributed over 2 floors:Ground floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room, WC.1st floor: 2 bedrooms with bathroom.Swimming pool: 3.5x7m

You will enjoy the long sunny afternoons with your family on its garden terrace overlooking the pool.Swimming pool closed from October 15 to April 30. Check for more information.
