「The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. 「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」

「This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. 」
