It is located 500 mts from café La Cometa, Hotel Gran Sol, Imperial Park, German bar Restaurant 900 m from the restaurant "El Minerete", 2 km from the supermarket "Mercadona", 3 km from the bus station "Calpe", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Arenal", 3 km from the city "Calpe", 3 km from the train station "Calpe", 9 km from the Golf course "Club de golf Ifach", 15 km from the water park "Aqualandia5", 30 km from the theme park "Terra Mítica", 60 km from the airport "Alicante", 131 km from the airport "Valencia" and is located in a quiet area and next to the sea.

It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), private pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

The independent kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

IMPORTANT: Ground floor of the villa is rented with access to the pool. Private without sharing facilities. Totally independent.

Maison agréable et au calme.Je la conseille malgré tout mais le seul bémol c’est que l’espace de vie est au rdc tandis que la piscine est à l’étage .Lzs photos proposées sur le site laisse croire que de la terrasse vous avez la piscine au pied.Mais globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour
