Situación inmejorable

El alojamiento responde a la descripción. Su equipación está muy bien. Escaso de radiadores(sólo uno en el salón y otro en un dormitorio) con lo que cuesta que la casa coja algo de temperatura. Todo lo demás está bastante bien. Repetiría sin duda. La terraza, la ubicación y las vistas lo mejor.

Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer, schöner Balkon, zentral gelegen, ausreichend Restaurants in Gehdistanz, teilweise schön renoviertes Appartement (Bad, Küche, Böden, Wände). Der schlimmste Mangel, kein Wifi also auch kein Internet und das in der heutigen Zeit??? Und neue Betten würden auch mal nichts schaden!

Magnífica ubicación y servicios

Destacaría la ubicación del alojamiento a escasos 20 metros de la playa de la Fossa. Además de estar cerca de la playa tiene alrededor establecimientos hosteleros y supermecado para poder ir andando a cualquier parte. Hay una oferta muy amplia de bares y restaurante (no dejéis de comer un arroz en el bar "La Mar" justo debajo de los apartamentos, está riquísimo). Las terrazas con vistas al mar son una maravilla para cenar o desayunar.

El apartamento está muy bien, muy buena cama de matrimonio. Los baños están en muy buen estado. Lo único flojo del apartamento es la tele. Las vistas son increíbles, sin lugar a duda repetiriamos.

Nice Beach Holiday

Accommodation: Its average condition, it was okay for 3 of us. The apartment has fantastic sea view from balcony and has nice living room with dining and kitchen. However there was no air-condition and no WIFI which was inconvenience for us. We had to request to have a fan as it was very hot at night and we couldn't sleep first couple of nights. After requesting we have had a fan so that is much appreciated.There was other small problems such as oven didnt work, bathroom shower water flood as something is broken and water is leaking out, the balcony patio door don't lock which we have reported but there was respond that they are unable to fix the oven. Location: is just perfect for everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday. sea is 20 meters, shops and restaurants just around everywhere and the Peñon mountain was less 1 km away. Activity: Banana boat, jet ski, surf board, paddle boat and many more which is enough to keep you going for your holiday activities. People are amazing and we felt very welcome. The food and drinks are pricey! Price: we were happy with the price however there was additional charges applied later so please check before to avoid disappointment. Communication: The holiday agent replied to all my emails and helped me with all requests such as airport transfer and other information prior to the holiday, however the respond went slow once we were at the apartment. I do recommend this holiday, i am admitting we had nice time and enjoyed our holiday.

Fantastico

El apartamento muy agradable, limpio y dotado de todo lo necesario. Cercano a la playa y con una terraza increible con unas vistas esplendidas. Si vuelvo a Calpe elegiria nuevamente este apartamento ya que hemos estado muy a gusto.
