The large kitchen is fully equipped and opens naturally from the living space. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on this level, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous sleeping comfort. Both ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. A shared bathroom on this floor features a bath, WC, and bidet. From the ground floor, direct access leads out to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The upper floor hosts the third bedroom, also furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room benefits from air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating, and offers its own private exit to the terrace. A dedicated bathroom on this floor includes a bath, WC, and bidet.
