Welcome to "Molines," a cosy holiday rental villa nestled in the resort area of Calpe, Spain. Set in a quiet and sunny position within a residential community approximately 1.8 km from the centre of Calpe, this charming property offers a peaceful retreat for those seeking comfort and relaxation in one of the Costa Blanca's most sought-after destinations. The villa sits on a generous private plot of 604 m2, providing ample space both indoors and outdoors. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 150 to 250 cm, available throughout the entire year from 01 January to 31 December. Staying connected is effortless thanks to Internet WiFi access, while the on-site parking ensures convenience from the moment of arrival. The surrounding neighbourhood is calm and residential, making "Molines" an ideal base for a restorative stay on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

The outdoor spaces of "Molines" invite you to make the most of the warm Mediterranean climate throughout your stay. The private swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth of 150 to 250 cm, is the centrepiece of the exterior and is available for use from 01 January to 31 December. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for rinsing off after a swim. The property features a well-appointed patio and a charming arbour that provides a shaded retreat during the warmer hours of the day. Garden furniture is available for relaxing outdoors, and a barbecue area allows you to enjoy al fresco dining in a truly authentic setting. Please be aware that part of the house is closed and unoccupied during your stay. The neighbourhood surrounding "Molines" is highly sensitive to noise, and guests are therefore expected to maintain quietness and good behaviour throughout their visit. In keeping with this, the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. These house rules are in place to ensure a respectful and harmonious environment for all residents in the area, and adherence to them is kindly but firmly requested for the duration of your stay.

From this area, you have direct access to the patio and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor enjoyment. The first bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan for added comfort. The second bedroom mirrors this configuration, also offering 2 single beds of the same dimensions and a fan. The third bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also equipped with a fan. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays, including 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The 2 bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed: one features a bath, bidet, and WC, while the second offers a shower and WC.
