super séjour, villa conforme aux photos

Trés bon séjour dans une villa spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle. Une vue imprenable sur le Penon !! Photos fidèles à la réalité. Communication très facile et rapide avec agence Costa Carpe Diem. Quartier très calme avec la possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété. Points faibles : 2 chambres sur 4 seulement avec climatisation et vaisselle un peu "vieillotte" !

ruime schone woning met groot zwembad

Wij waren met 6 volwassenen in deze woning en hadden ruimte genoeg . Hadden goed weer en hebben altijd buiten vertoefd Zeer ruim perceel met carport voor 2 auto's. Kortom : wij hadden een prima vakantie

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert vom Haus und der Lage, das die Vermieter oben wohnen hat uns in keinster Weise gestört. Der Pool ist groß und sehr tief und mit dem Grill und Pavillion auf dieser Ebene eine echte Relaxoase. Fazit: Immer wieder gerne

Hemos estado 9 dias en la casa y hemos disfrutado muchisimo, la casa es muy amplia y acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable.De los dueños diremos que son muy atentos y simpaticos y apenas hemos notado su presencia aunque nos dijeron que todo lo que nos hiciera falta se lo comunicasemos. En resumen, con personas asi que te dan libertad y te proporcionan lo que haga falta se puede repetir. Muchas gracias a Pepita y a Paco por hacer la estancia agradable y que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Probablemente repitamos

Wrongly advertised

When we arrived we discovered that we were only renting part of the villa as the owners lived there also there were no doorways leading onto the pool so the pool area was at the side of the villa and it was not private being over looked from the owners

très belle maison

Magnifique site. Les photos envoyées étaient fidèles à la réalité. Maison très fonctionnelle, très propre ,quartier tranquille et agréable. Piscine et terrasses super et Mme Pepita (propriétaire) très discrète, très gentille et très sympa et à l'écoute. Linge fourni et changé chaque semaine très appréciable. Maison à conseiller vivement.

superbe villa, piscine, vue!

Pepita nous a très bien accueilli, personne très discrète et présente en même temps! Vue très belle depuis la terrasse, maison très spacieuse, agréable. Tout le confort nécessaire se trouve à l’intérieur. Piscine superbe, soleil du matin au soir, très appréciable, la cuisine et le bbq ont été aussi très apprécié...Calpe est très jolie, beaucoup d'activités ainsi que des restaurants où l'on mange très bien à bas prix. Location à recommander++

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. Très bien placée pour visiter la Communauté Valencienne, vue magnifique. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Le propriétaire, Antonio, est très gentil et nous accueilli comme il se doit. Il vient pour nettoyer la piscine régulièrement et est joignable en cas problème. Je recommande vivement cette villa!

Des vacances de rêves

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette magnifique villa, superbe vue sur le Pénon et la mer. Villa très bien entretenue, il y avait tout ce qu"il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont supers sympas et adorables, malgré notre difficulté avec la langue, on a quand même réussi à dialoguer avec eux et ils m ont dépanné plusieurs fois. Pour tous ceux et celles qui adorent le calme, la beauté du paysage à perte de vue sur la mer, dépaysement total. Que du bonheur pour les yeux. Parfait entretien de la piscine. MERCI. Christelle et Hervé.
