The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout is already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Enjoying a calm and sophisticated position, Canuta Mar 14 is located in El Tosal, a residential area in Calpe, only a few minutes' walk from the beautifully secluded Puerto Blanco beach. Calpe, which is only a few min. drive away from the villa has become one of the major hot spots in the entire Costa Blanca. The villa is close to the main beaches of Calpe where also a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored right by the beachfront.
This modern and tasteful villa enjoys a quiet location with astonishing views towards the impressive hills of Calpe. At the entrance, we find parking space for 1 car that follows towards a cozy terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a covered terrace with a portable BBQ. A Mediterranean style garden surrounds part of the property. The entire villa is built on 2 stories and offers central heating, perfect for the cooler winter stays. We enter a charming lounge/dining area, equipped with SAT+TV+DVD+A/C and a marvelous fireplace to make you feel at home both in winter like in summer.
The lounge flows into a fully equipped kitchen and a twin bedroom with a shower/toilet. Interior stairs lead up towards the rest of the accommodation, There, we find a double bedroom with A/C and its own little cozy balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains of the area, another twin bedroom, and a full bathroom.
