Chalet with spacious pool and terrace, sea views and Ifach Rock views

  • Welcome to this beautiful villa, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a peaceful setting with stunning views over the sea and the imposing Peñón de Ifach. From the terrace and by the pool, you'll be able to enjoy scenery that's captivating at any time of day.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and 2 full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. And don't miss the terrace first thing in the morning: it's a wonderful spot to have breakfast while watching the sunrise.

Both the bedrooms and the dining room have air conditioning, and all the windows are fitted with fly screens, so you can relax in complete comfort.

The location couldn't be better: very close to the Les Bassetes Nautical Club, perfect if you enjoy sailing or simply strolling by the sea, and just a 3-minute drive from La Fosa beach. You'll get the best of both worlds: the calm of an area set away from the city, while still having the sea and all its activities right on your doorstep.

The house has high-speed fibre optic broadband, in case you ever need to connect for work, along with a 65" television for lazy afternoons or film nights.

What's more, it's a home committed to sustainability: it has solar panels and an electric car charging point, so you can enjoy your stay with a clear conscience too.

As your host, my priority is to make your experience unforgettable down to the last detail. I'm always on hand for anything you might need during your stay, and I do everything I can to make you feel at home from day one. Come and relax, unwind, and enjoy views that will stay with you long after you've returned home.

The views and the pool at this beautiful villa really are spectacular. David was extremely responsive with any questions we had and check in was so smooth and seamless. Absolutely recommended this wonderful Villa. We would suggest possibly having torches in the property just in case you want to walk to and from the local restaurant as the road is very dark with no lighting. But that aside we had a fantastic time and will hopefully be returning soon. Thank you David.

Nice place very comfortable fantastic panoramic views

The owners were very helpful. The place itself is quite remote so a car would be advisable. Shops and nightlife some distance away but for a nice quiet holiday I would certainly recommend staying here Regards Robert and Margarida

Excellent choice of property

7night stay was excellent, located 5 mins from town by car/taxi (€10) Living accommodation was fine with all amenities Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week Local restaurants were cheap and provided first class food Only complaint was you’re required to vacate the property by 10am and they we’re knocking at the door at 08:30 to start cleaning. All in all a thoroughly nice vacation

Olala was ons favorieten restarabt

Heel aangenaam huis in Calpe
