4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
