Nice Modern Villa

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area with great views all round. The property is secure with electric gate and alarm which was reassuring. It has some luxury touches, nice modern fixtures and fittings but does need improvements in some areas (lack of knives, a problem with the outdoor shower) The pool is south facing which is great but it does get very windy in the afternoons. Overall this is a really nice private villa in a great location, suitable for couples but has 3 large bedrooms for groups. It could do with a few improvements but I would still recommend it.
