"The hotel could do with being updated. More beverages to be supplied in the rooms. There was only one satchet per person per night. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff on reception and at breakfast were lovely and friendly. "

"The staff is so wonderful and we just loved our suite. It is conveniently located à few minutes from the beach and bicycle path that goes straight to Fethiye city center. The suite itself is modern and has a washing machine and dishwasher. Supermarket and outdoor markets are a short distance away. All this to say À HUGE THANK YOU to Besste and Mehmed in particular and we will be back. "

"Visit i January 2026: Location 5, Serkan, Hasan and Arman 5, Breakfast 5, rooms 1. Will never come back to this cave. Parking listed as available-closed, furniture black with pilled off paint, in the rooms no space for third suitcase, bathrooms outdated and leaking everywhere, and worst: bed bugs. I’m wondering how they get three stars… "

"The hotel is located in the perfect location. Less than 3 min. from the beach and restaurants. The rooms very spotless. The personal was very helpful and the young lady at the reception spoke perfect English. Defiantly would go back to the same hotel. P.S. ladies thank you for bringing the old memories back and letting us try the delicious dish you made for yourself (halva). You are the best! Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming. "

"The apartment has an exceptional location with open sea views. It is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the property manager ( Julian) was excellent and he went beyond the norm to genuinely assist in making the stay comfortable . The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise of the music coming from nearby restaurants which comes with being at a beach front location in Turkey. Not the fault of the property. No hesitation to recommend or revisit."

"This family run hotel is lovely. We were greeted with smiles from everyone, all were welcoming! Unfortunately being a traditional Turkish home there wasn’t any lifts and being on floor 3 was a little breath taking. The room was small, super shower, and the aircon was so needed too. The mini fridge in the room was brilliant. The breakfast was fab too typical Turkish which my husband throughly enjoyed. I stuck to fresh watermelon every morning with the fresh bread, was very nice indeed! It’s a great location for the beach, and so easy to jump in a bus to Fethiye town. The supermarkets were just outside the hotel to purchase snacks, beer, wine etc and they’re open til around 3-4am!! I’m not a heavy sleeper and I did hear the calls for prayer in the early morning but being on holiday didn’t spoil anything. "
