"Super location au calme et indépendante "

" avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison de ville. La maison est agréable à vivre, joliment décorée et très propre. Elle dispose de trois belles chambres, dont une sous les combles. L’équipement est suffisant pour un séjour confortable, et l’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux.Quelques points à noter : la maison est située dans une rue passante avec une proximite immediate avec les voisins, ce qui peut générer un peu de bruit. Par ailleurs, la chambre sous les combles...

"The listing and price suggested a super luxury villa. The location was good on a private estate but a small plot. The building itslef was lovely but clearly is a work in progress - main bathroom was shabby, kitchen cramped. The bath towels were paper thin and useless. There was no service during the 7 day stay. The pool was lovely but the level went down. No pool maintenance during the week either. There was no guide for the villa either. We were left to search. One of the alarms went off at 350...

"Great House with a Few Drawbacks.The house is very spacious and well equipped - everything you need is available. The pool ist fantastic and was definitely a highlight. The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. However, there are a few things that could be improved: Mosquito nets are highly recommended - during our stay there was a REAL mosquito problem, and we all got badly bitten. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is beautiful and was heated to a comfortable temperature. Loved the views of the ocean from the top bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and we appreciated the plush towels as well. It is a short walk to the shops and cafes of Deauville and up the street from the boardwalk along the beach. The host was very kind and helpful and took care of things even before we asked. We hope to return."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à trois couples accompagnés de quatre enfants, dont deux bébés. La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
