This property is available monthly only. Private beach with nice staircase in the community. Private parking space is available for one car. A second car can be parked at the clubhouse which is a five minute walk from the cottage. The wineries are a short drive from our cottage. Greenport is about a 30-40 minute drive. Riverhead town is a fifteen drive and features many shops and a nice riverfront district with restaurants and shops.
