Nous avons apprécié ce logement tant pour son emplacement idéal que pour son côté spacieux et fonctionnel ( très bien équipé). Un tout petit bémol: l’absence de parasol ou de stores sur la terrasse qui permettrait de profiter plus de l’extérieur.

Appartement avec super localisation
Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Patrice qui a été très arrangeant et disponible malgré un emploi du temps chargé. L’appartement est très bien situé proche des commères du centre ville de la plage et du supermarché et confortable avec une belle terrasse bien orientée (le soleil ne tape pas l’après midi ça évite qu’il ne fasse trop chaud). Rien à redire. Merci Patrice pour l’accueil.

excellent séjour
appartement récent, au premier étage, très spacieux et bien équipé, avec une très grande terrasse. notamment la literie est excellente; l'emplacement est idéal : en face de la plage et du centre ville , on fait tout à pied. revers de la médaille (il en faut bien un) : l'environnement immédiat est moyen, la terrasse donne sur parking et les immeubles ; on a quand même une vue partielle sur la montagne, comme le montre la photo de l'annonce. enfin l'accueil est très sympathique

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce. Il est bien situé à proximité de la plage, des commerces, du port et de la citadelle : tout peut se faire à pied. Calvi est idéalement placé pour découvrir la Balagne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

....Optimal pour qui veut se déplacer uniquement à pied. plage, port, gare (pour le petit train des plages), et supermarché, tout est à proximité. Résidence récente et calme. En résumé, très bon séjour.

Une semaine sans voiture
Location proche de tout sans voiture et bien aménagée et agencée. Manque peut-être un miroir et une grande marmite. Du fait de la proximité de la plage et de la fermeture des boîtes de nuit , musique un peu forte tard le soir sûrement fêtes sur la plages

Die Wohnung war soweit okay. Das Badezimmer war etwas dunkel, aber ansonsten wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Lage, in der Nähe des Strands, war gut.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung nah zum Strand und zur Stadt
Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Lage ist sehr gut, Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön.( witzige Ananas Teller, schöne blaue Gläser ) die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die seitliche Aussicht auf die Berge , die sich im stündlichen Wechsel verändert hat uns richtig begeistert. 1 Etage. Ruhig, gepflegtes Haus, nette Nachbarn. Super Empfang und Begleitung durch Patrice unkompliziert ergebnisorientiert, schnelle, sehr sehr sympathisch viele Grüße Susanne F.
