讚好：整潔度

Pleasant stay, friendly service

A spacious, neat home. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. The view of the church in te village is very beautiful. The village of Calvía is nice and quiet, but the sights are nearby. The beach for example is10 minutes drive by car. Excellent home for a family with childeren or several adults.

Maison confortable et très propre

La maison est située dans un village calme à 20 minutes de palma . Le mobilier et la vaisselle sont très propre. Par contre le manque de chauffage l hiver rend la maison humide s il ne fait pas chaud dehors et le chauffageest en supplément. Pas de problème de réservation, contact très facile . Entrée et sortie se font sans problème.

Nice place in walking distance from several restaurants with good local food

Tolo is a very kind and welcoming person. Helpful and responds immediately. But dont expect the very small garden to be of any use. It is useless because it is totally overgrown and has a much too big tree in the middle with foliage thar blocks both sun and view from the lover terrace. It probably happened little by little so noone noticed it. But the picture with two sunloungers in the sun is unfortunately not corresponding with actual conditions 😓

Insgesamt positiv, mit großen Einschränkungen wegen ständiger Kläfferei nervöser Nachbarshunde

Zuerst das Positive: Haus herrlich gelegen mit Panorama-Aussicht auf das Städtchen; -große Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten (in spanischen Unterkünften nicht alltäglich). -Einrichtung praktisch und bis auf kleine Defizite gut. Negativ: -EXTREM lästige Kläfferei (fast 24 Std.) der kleinen Hunde des einen Nachbarn - schon ein Räuspern unsererseits konnte fast immer eine neue Kläff-Episode einleiten, die jeweils über mehrere Minuten andauerten; -die Kläfferei scheint den Vermieter nicht zu stören - unsere Bitte, er möge ein Gespräch mit den Nachbarn führen, ließ er unbeantwort. Er war leider auch nicht bereit, sich um die Suche nach einem von uns im Haus bei Abreise vergessenen/verlorenen Schlüsselbund zu helfen - er wollte bei der nächsten Hausreinigung nachsehen lassen, meldete sich aber nicht mehr. Er versäumte auch, uns auf das wichtige Detail aufmerksam zu machen, daß die Balkontür sich nicht von außen öffnen lässt - so sperrten wir uns in unserer ersten Nacht im Schlafanzug aus, als wir den Vollmond über der Stadt bewundern wollten. Kein Handy, keine Jacke, Decke o.ä. bei ca. 8-10 Grad, kein zugänglicher Weg vom Balkon...Glücklicherweise konnten wir nach ca 30Min den (hundelosen) Nachbarn zur anderen Seite auf unsere Lage aufmerksam machen, dank eines bei ihm seit Jahre liegenden Schlüssels (von dem der jetzige Besitzer unseres Domizils nichts wusste) konnte er uns befreien. Fazit: insgesamt positiv, aber so lange wie die Kläfferei andauert, nur für sehr lärmtolerante Mieter zu empfehlen. Daher z.Zt. keine erneute Anmietung durch uns geplant. .

Nice mallorquine appartment with top view over Calvia

We really enjoyed our Holiday in Calvia. Everything in appartment was like expected. The hosts are very friendly and supported us with different wishes in advance. I can recommand this appartment as a great home for all who are interested in cultural and nature trips in south-west Mallorca.

Spacious & comfortable in fabulous location

Husband and wife staying with daughter and partner for relaxing break. Had a great stay. Loved the villa and location. Few minutes from village shops and bars. Easy taxi ride to palma nova or Santa ponsa. Owners where great even after we snapped the garage key in the lock! Loved the different levels to sit out. Only thing I might add is a full size ironing board as there was only a small table top one. Other than that there is nothing to improve on. Grateful for the bread. Milk. Jam etc on arrival as we got there fairly late in the evening. All communication with owner was excellent with replies to my many questions speedily. Views from balcony were amazing. Sat out each night with a few drinks moon watching waiting for it to appear over the mountains. Highly recommend.

Traumhaft schoen!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und das Urlaubsgefuehl kommt sofort auf beim Öffnen der Balkontüre... was fuer ein Ausblick!! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ideal fuer gemütliche Stunden mit Freunden ob beim Grillen oder Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war fantastisch vor, waehrend und nach des Aufenthalts. Vielen Dank und bis zum naechsten Mal!!!

Perfect village location

Firstly I would like to say how the owners responded very promptly to all of our questions prior to and after our arrival and due to Hurricane Irma our dates changed a couple of times and they were very accommodating. The property has a great view from the terrace, overlooking the village of Calvia, the hills and beyond, it is very pleasing. Lots of sun. The house is a simple village property, with entrance hall, living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower no bath), kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove & dishwasher & terrace on one floor, then down an outside staircase to another large covered terrace & bathroom (shower no bath) with washing machine. The village bars, small shops and a great restaurant called C'an Torrat are a short walk away. Within 10 minutes you can be in the tourist areas and at the beach. There is an air conditioning machine in one of the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in all 3. The WiFi worked well, there is satellite tv with a predominance of German speaking programmes, the only English speaking ones were BBC World News, Sky News and CNN. Two of the bedrooms have tv's with Spanish channels. We have Amazon Prime so took the necessary cable with us and were able to stream movies via the internet from our laptop to the tv. Worked perfectly. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable. As the owners are new to the short term rental market, we left a list of suggestions to enhance their tenants' stays. The next door neighbours are also very friendly. We used to live in this area many years' ago and felt very comfortable in the property and wouldn't hesitate to return.
