Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this spacious two-storey house with private pool in the touristic area of Costa de la Calma, Calvia! This property stands out for its fantastic terrace, its large swimming pool and its location close to shops and the beach.



The property offers 3 spacious bedrooms for up to 6 adults, 2 complete bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room where you can relax watching a movie, listening to music or reading a good book.



Enjoy the beautiful terrace of this peaceful property that will delight children and adults alike on summer days. If you are looking to enjoy the sun, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the sun loungers while enjoying an aperitif with your loved ones or friends, give yourself the holiday you deserve!

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, so guests will be provided with the necessary fans. There is also no heating.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Gut, schönes Haus leider schnell etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der ein oder anderen kleinen Stelle Reparatur fällig hat uns aber nicht gestört was gut gewesen wäre eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens einen mückenschutz an den Fenstern denn die Mücken können im Juni echt heftig sein.

Maison et cafards

La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle, bien placée. Il est dommage que la présence de gros cafards gâche le plaisir. Il est aussi embêtant d’avoir des voisins qui jettent leurs mégots dans l’allée. L’agence a été peu réceptive à notre plainte concernant les cafards : on nous a conseillé de traiter, est-ce bien à nous de le faire ?

Great location and great facilities

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Costa Calma in September 2020. The Villa is a 5 minute walk from the main square of Santa Ponsa and has great facilities including a gorgeous pool and sun terrace. The villa is well equipped, although its worth noting there is no AC, but plenty of electric fans in each room, which we adjusted to after a night or two. Would definately stay again!

Grundstück sehr schoen gelegen.

Als erstes möchte ich den Vermittler Mallorca Home Villas loben: wir wurden sehr gut betreut und jegliche Information kam umgehend. Die Villa selbst könnte einige Ausbesserungen vertragen. Ein Teil der Türen ist verzogen. Einige Lampen brannten nicht. Ein Bierglas und kein Weinglas ist etwas zu wenig. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Villa au calme piscine non chauffée

les plus : Villa au calme près de la plage et des restaurants très bonne localisation mention spéciale au restaurant en face de la location : accueil top nourriture locale et excellente allez y les yeux fermés je recommande la paella, et la viande de beuf Salles de bains propres mais WC non séparés. les moins : Piscine non chauffée, il serait bien de mettre une bâche pas de la lave vaisselle, verres, couverts disparates (je conseille un approvisionnement chez Ikéa à moindre coût) Pas de douche chaude pendant 2 jours et réglé suite intervention des plombiers déco vieillotte mais pas très grave et dernier point : moustiques en quantité importantes et piqûres assurées il faudrait déjà que les propriétaires rebouchent le puits car il semble qu'ils viennent de cet endroit.
