"We arrived at 9:55pm due to plane being delayed and reception apparently closed at 10pm. While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. Took 15min to be able to check out while we were the only one."

"Staff were super nice, addressed any questions or concerns right away. Great pool, they also have a gym that I didn’t get a chance to use. Room was clean, I stayed facing the beach view was phenomenal. Very closed to a lot of restaurants, spa and convenience stores. Def would come back "
