Room is ok but the staff is not accommodating. We checked in oct 4 at 3:15 pm, she did not even welcome us or say Enjoy your stay and she did not even say about the breakfast which floor is it. She is a front desk and should be very nice to all guests.

Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Disliked: Breakfast area was on second floor where the desk staff was unable to observe. Some of the breakfast area users may not have been hotel guests. Also, was given a room with a toilet that periodically flushed on its own. Arrived late so the issue was unable to be addressed; however, the morning desk attendant promised maintenance would fix the toilet, but when we returned later on the second day, it hadn't been fixed. Fortunately the night desk attendant was able to move us to another room.
